So let’s think of the positives …

Infinitesimal impacts.

Perhaps we can can gather some silver linings from the corona virus, aka COVID-19, aka Chinese/Wuhan Virus — I don’t care what you call it — but lots of people are dying.

Is dying something to be upset about, no — it’s the manner in which they perished, correct?

Perhaps even a manner of a few days of agony puts them in a better place, far away from here or perhaps they come back to rue the manner — something we will never know or something some of us deserve to be haunted by.

Subjugation, anecdotes, conjecture are all aspects of the new normal. Some can’t deal,  and will put others at risk, some may abide only to get the virus in a few months when they think the coast is clear.

Where does that leave us — is herd immunity a real thing with this virus and at what cost — our family, our heroes?

This may be an exercise in despair but I can assure I’m looking for the positives here. No cynicism.

All the while, no one is an expert and then everyone is an expert. Celebrity Doctors seem to be receiving the headlines today and the journalists are busy trying to all denounce them at the same time and it all becomes noise.

Where does this leave us. The United States isn’t united at all. It’s just a couple of words coupled together.
